Developing the Lemmi platform was an opportunity for us to create a service that would unite people from all over Europe. The idea was clear: to create a platform where users could easily find specialists for any task – from small household services to large business projects. The client from Poland set us a task that required not only technical knowledge but also an understanding of the needs of different users. We took on this challenge enthusiastically because we knew we had the opportunity to create something significant internationally.

From the beginning, we engaged in a detailed discussion with the client to clearly define all the necessary functions and capabilities of the platform. It was critical to create a product that would become a model for similar services in the European market. After that, we developed a plan covering all stages of work, from design to complete testing and launch.

The main task was to create a platform allowing users from different countries to interact efficiently, find specialists, publish orders, and communicate. We understood that the interface should be intuitive and adapted to various cultural and linguistic features. We focused on ensuring that each user could easily navigate the platform.

When creating the prototype, we closely cooperated with the client, considering all their requirements and wishes. Constant feedback allowed us to make adjustments and improve the platform promptly. We also equipped the administrative part of the service with simple and convenient management tools, as this was especially important for such a large-scale project.

To implement the plan, we chose WordPress as the leading platform. This choice was due to its flexibility and ability to adapt to the different needs of users from different countries. WordPress allowed us to quickly implement a wide range of functionality while leaving room for further development and scaling of the system.

After development, we conducted thorough testing to ensure that all functions worked stably. We considered all the testing results and made the necessary changes to ensure a positive user experience.

The platform was successfully launched, and we are proud of the result. However, shortly after the launch, the client was forced to suspend the project temporarily due to the global coronavirus pandemic. This decision was made considering the significant changes in the market and new challenges many businesses faced at that time. Lemmi is now waiting for a recovery when it can fully realize its potential. Although the situation was difficult, we have created a product that meets all requirements and is ready for a successful resumption of work. Our team did everything possible to ensure the platform was a reliable foundation for further development. When the situation stabilizes, Lemmi will return to work and help the client achieve their goals in the international market.
